Terms & Conditions

• A deposit / order fee of 40% of the total amount will be charged and is refundable if no damage, shortage of items or late returns.
• The HIRING FEE will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of the document.

3) The full amount is payable day before receiving of items.

4) In the case of damages, theft or loss of goods, replacement fee will be charged.

         5) As soon as all the goods are returned and checked, the deposit / order fee will be refunded.

NB 6) In the case where goods are not returned on the day agreed, a further rent per day will be charge

NB 7) All items must be handed back in the following conditions: -Tables, crockery, cutlery and glasses Clean,

Dry and Fat free Tablecloth, Overlay, Seat covers and all linen – Unwashed neatly folded – Not in a

plastic bag.-If any Mud Grease, Blood, Mold, Candle wax and Prestikit must be returned clean – Red

carpet Must be free of grass and ground Pillars Must not stand in wet surface or in rain. PENALTY OR

REPLACEMENT VALUE WILL BE CHARGE IF RULES ARE IGNORED

NB 8) It’s the responsibility of the hirer to make sure and check that the correct amounts of items has been

receivebefore leaving the premises or leave on delivery and collection. The owner accepts no

responsibility, should these found not to be in order afterwards.

9) I accept my address as indicated on the order from as my chosen domiciliumcitandietexecutandi address for purposes of serving of any documents and or pleadings with regard hereto.

 10) I furthermore consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court with regard to any proceedings instituted against me.

11) I furthermore consent to cost an attorney client scale, including collection charges in the event further proceedings being instituted against me.

12) I furthermore confirm that I have READ the contents of these conditions
