FAQ
Can I collect my rental items myself?
Yes! You can either pick up your items during our standard collection hours or choose our delivery service. If you select delivery, we’ll bring your items to your location and collect them afterward for a hassle-free experience.
What are your collection and return times?
Monday 9am-4pm
Tuesday 9am-4h30pm
Wednesday 9am-4h30pm
Thursday 9am-4h30pm
Friday 9am-4pm
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fees depend on the distance from our location and the size of your order. Your delivery fee will be calculated and included in your invoice when placing your order.
NB. It’s the hirer’s responsibility to ensure the correct number of items has been received before the delivery guy leaves for delivery and collection. The owner or delivery guy accepts no responsibility, should these be found not to be in order afterwards.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed once you’ve received your invoice (including any delivery fees) and 50% deposit or full payment has been received. At that point, your order is officially secured.
How will I know when my items will be delivered or collected?
All delivery and collection dates will be clearly listed on your invoice so you can plan ahead.
Can I request a specific delivery time or date?
Yes! Please include any special timing requirements in the “Additional Information” section when placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
What if I return items late or something gets damaged or lost?
Late returns may incur a small fee depending on the item and duration. Any damages, loss, or missing items will be charged based on repair or replacement costs. Please handle items with care so everyone can enjoy a smooth rental experience.
How and when is the deposit refunded?
Your deposit will be refunded via EFT as soon as all items are received and checked for condition. This ensures everything is in good order before funds are returned to you.
